Brad Carter is an engineering intern at Blue Dolphin Design and Engineering. Brad joined the team of Blue Dolphin Design and Engineering in 2008.
 
Brad is currently attending classes at California State University, Fresno where he plans to complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
